I built the businesses before I started advising them.
Fifteen years inside scaling companies — running operations, rebuilding revenue engines, and sitting in the founder's seat for ten of them. I've felt the exact thing my clients describe: a business that looks healthy on the surface and bleeds quietly underneath.
A Lutui Advisory exists because most founders don't need another coach recycling the same framework. They need an operator who will tell them the truth, point to the leak with a number attached, and build the system to close it.
